Who can buy from KO Floor Supply?
We are a wholesale distributor so we only sell to those in the trade.
What forms of payment can we use?
We take cash, checks and credit cards at time of sale. The credit cards we accept are Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Can I get credit with KO Floor Supply?
In order to get credit you would need to complete our credit application and if approved you will be notified. Click for KO Credit Application.
What if I bounce a check?
KO Floor Supply charges a $40 bank/admin fee on any returned checks.
Can you deliver to a home or job site?
We have our own trucks and ship to most of NJ, Southern NY State and the five Boroughs as well as Southern CT and Eastern PA. We charge a fee of $95 to $150 to deliver to businesses, homes or construction sites (as long as our trucks can pull up close to the site). New York City deliveries are always curbside only. Supplies deliveries to businesses with a forklift are $35-$55 in our delivery area.
Do you ship outside your delivery area?
YES! We ship all over the country and beyond, via USPS, UPS and LTL.
Are you open nights or weekends?
Our hours on Monday to Friday are 7am to 5pm & Saturday from 7am to 12pm. We are not open any nights.
Are you a member of the National Wood Flooring Association? KO Floor Supply is a member of the NWFA.
Do you offer any warranties?
All warranties are supplied by the manufacturer of the products we sell. It is the customer’s responsibility to review warranties and requirements for those warranties of the floors they purchase. If a product is defective, DO NOT INSTALL IT. Installed material signifies acceptance of product.
Can I return what I purchased?
Returns require prior authorization and will only be accepted on stocking material within 30 days of purchase, with proof of purchase and as long as it is in the original condition and packaging as it was when it was received.
Non-stocking material, clearance/liquidation or special order material is non-returnable.
In addition, the following items are non-returnable: Adhesives, Finishes, Stains.
We reserve the right to refuse return.
A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all items accepted for return.
Why does my floor not look like the sample?
Hardwood flooring is a natural product that does change color in time. It will have color variation and shading variation in many cases.
